Born in Munich, Germany and raised between Germany and Austria, Hermann was exposed to some of the finest pastry in the world. So naturally he spent his early career as an apprentice in the Baking and Pastry Field. After completing his apprenticeship, Hermann traveled the world working as a Pastry Sous-Chef and Chef in several 5-Star Hotels. Hermann graduated in 1992 from the Bavarian Hotel and Catering Management College in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany. Hermann continues to be a State registered administrative Hotel Manager. His degree allowed Hermann to take the next step and for several years served as a Food and Beverage Director in several hotels and resorts most of which were rated as “Leading Hotels of the World.” Pursuing this passion Hermann traveled and worked in many different places. He has lived in Vienna, Zurich, Bermuda, Alice Springs, Sydney, Brisbane and Stuttgart, just to mention a few.
In 1999 Hermann immigrated to the United States and for a brief time lived on the East Coast of Florida. Then on a vacation to Southwest Florida, he fell in love with the “Paradise” of Naples and has made his home here.
Hermann is now pursuing a new career, Real Estate and Property Management. He obtained his Real Estate Sales License in 2000 and opened a HLT Inc. a property management company. He also joined the Dooley Realty Group and has pursued and enjoyed a successful career as a real estate salesman.
